YWMP provides an inclusive, supportive space for young women, trans and non-binary people to get together to make music, learn new skills, express themselves, and grow in confidence.

We are based in Oxford, with a focus on working with 14 - 25 year olds.

We recently opened the Nest (33-35 Little Clarendon St, Oxford OX1 2HU), an inclusive music space centring young women, trans and non-binary people, run with Safer Spaces at its core. The Nest hosts events and workshops and is available for hire.

We’re much more than a charity, or a music project: we’re a supportive community.

We reach thousands of people each year through our gigs, events and partnerships. You’ll see us all over Oxford and beyond!
