Come celebrate International Women's Day at The Nest with live music AND an exhibit of feminist writings and artwork! This mixed media gala will give everyone the opportunity to let loose, get dressed up, and remind themselves of the strong community we have in Oxford both in feminist and creative circles.

The Nest itself is a community arts venue run by the Young Women's Music Project which is also a charity, volunteer run organisation that provides an inclusive, supportive space for young women, trans and non-binary people to make music, learn new skills, and express themselves - so by attending the event you will also be supporting them.

This gala comes at the end of a week of events run by The Hot Mess Project, Oxford Feminist Society, Oxford Women of Colour Society and It Happens Here. We look forward to seeing you at our club night 'THE REVOLUTION WILL BE FEMINISED' as well on Wednesday 4th ;) All proceeds will be going to Gendered Intelligence UK and Survivor Space Oxford.
