Hana Stretton and WOOM are joined by The Bobo at the Nest, Oxford on Thurs 10th Sept - a stunning night of vocals and song is ahead!

Hana Stretton is a British-Australian music producer and composer, recognised for her singular, deeply distinctive sound. Her new album was self-recorded by in the NSW beach town of Lake Tabourie, and it carefully builds a sonic world of impressionistic vignettes made up of tape hiss, field recordings and considered folk songcraft.

Stretton lived in isolation by the ocean while writing and recording the album, where she made a habit of swimming during the brief blue hour of whale migration between recordings. The themes that emerged from the sessions reflect ecological decay and grief, and the search for connection in a changing world.

Incredible London vocal trio WOOM join the night for a special collaboration with Hana as her backing band, as well as playing their own show in support. They wowed us last year and we can’t wait to be together again.
